My roles have changed. The common thread hasn't.

I've always been drawn to discovering what is special about a person, an idea or a business - and helping others recognize it too.

Why "unique contribution"?

One of the central themes in my own Human Design is The Gift of Unique Contribution.

When I discovered it, it gave me language for something I had already been doing for years: recognizing what is distinctive in people, ideas and businesses and helping give it a voice, form and public face.

Human Design is one of the lenses I use - alongside questions, research, observation and intuition, grounded in more than two decades of business, professional experience.
